East Hastings Back Alley Bags of Blessedness

Vancouver Island Student Care Packages left to be found by those struggling on our streets of East Hastings, Vancouver. A way for students, kindergarten to grade 12 to take action and inspire their communities to come to deeper understandings of the world of homelessness and to honour the truth that everybody deserves to feel loved and cared for, no matter what their story. xo

Puntledge Student EDAS Club Community Of Good

École Puntledge Park Elementary Student EDAS Club learn to lead and inspire their local communities to care for those in need. Students explore EDAS's 12 week "Inspire Change Program" that introduces them to different subject matter in leadership and local "difference making". Areas such as homelessness, poverty, goal setting and intention,compassion education, project management, marketing, the art of gratitude and becoming a powerful presenter are all part of the 12 week project experience. EDAS's curriculum aligns with BC's new Curriculum Core Compentencies and provides students with a local service learning experience.

Simple Moments of Bliss for Strong Hearts

EDAS adds a new joy piece to bring a smile to those struggling at Christmas. Bouncy Balls across Vancouver Island and beyond, bring a bit of heartfelt playfulness to those in need.

EDAS continues its tradition... Homemade student care packages filled with love, are left out for those homeless to find, so people may know that they are not alone this Christmas. That someone out there cares about them and may it will bring them a smile. xox Learn From Me École Puntledge Park Elementary Students struck silent, listening to the bold truth coming from someone homeless. He spoke of the drastic consequence of making wrong choices in life. His words, “Learn from me. Listen to your parents and teachers. Look at my life.” Gold Grace - EDAS East Hastings The EDAS team delivers Kindergarten to Grade 12 students, hand painted and homemade care packages, filled with community love. Some are chosen to be wrapped in gold bags, with beautiful bows and left for those homeless, on East Hastings. EDAS Club Puntledge Park Elementary
